That’s right. Most folks are surprised to learn we’re vegan after trying the donuts and lattes.

We offer several plant-based milk options for coffees, never at an additional charge. We default to oat milk in our espresso-based beverages, as it results in a flavor nearly identical to dairy milk and a rich, velvety texture. Oatly (www.oatly.com/en-us) is our preferred oat milk.

Do your donuts contain dairy or eggs?↓

Our products are free from dairy including milk, yogurt, or cheese, as well as eggs.

What kind of sugar do you use?↓

We use cane sugar that has been produced without bone char, and therefore it’s vegan.

Do you have gluten-free donuts?↓

Do we ever?! We offer a few gluten-free donut flavors every day, and flavors change out monthly. Please visit our Allergens page for more information.

Can you guarantee that your ingredients are not sourced from places that produce allergens?↓

While we do not use certain allergens and have protocol to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that all of our ingredients are produced in facilities that do not also process eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, or other possible allergens. Do your donuts contain soy?↓

Do your donuts contain oats?↓

Yes, many of our donuts contain oat flour. Please visit our Allergens page for more information.

Do your donuts contain sesame?↓

There is no hidden sesame in our donuts, however, we occasionally use sesame in featured flavors. Please visit our Allergens page for more information.

Do you use peanuts or tree nuts in your donuts?↓

We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in any food items, but we do have almond milk and hazelnut syrup at our espresso bar. Please visit our Allergens page for more information.

Do you use pea protein?↓

Why does it feel like your gluten-free donuts are often sold out?↓

Our gluten-free donuts require a lot more time, resources, and special space than other donuts, and are prepared separately. Because of these safety requirements, we have to place a limit the amount we prepare each day. Also, they happen to taste really good, so the demand has grown very quickly. We also sell out most days, sometimes early. We recommend placing an online order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you get some.

Why don’t you take phone orders anymore?↓

We took orders by phone, online, and in person for more than a year. Once COVID-19 hit, phone orders understandably skyrocketed, but then never really decreased again. We’re a small shop with a small team, and could not keep up with the phones and still provide exceptional service to our onsite guests. Plus, like an old-school radio hotline, many people just couldn’t get through to make their requests. Not to mention the nonstop ringing from open to close nearly had our team running for the hills. So phone orders had to go. But we still offer advanced online ordering (with 24 hours’ notice or until slots are full) and same-day in-person ordering.

How much does a dozen donuts cost?↓

Depending on the mix you select, the cost will vary. We offer a discount on each mixed dozen.

How long do your donuts last?↓

Our donuts are made fresh from scratch each day using minimal ingredients and traditional methods. They are free from preservatives, dough conditioners, and other chemicals that artificially extend shelf life. For this reason, we recommend enjoying our donuts the same day for optimal freshness.

Your donuts often sell out. Why can’t you just make more?↓

Our donuts and toppings are all made from scratch. Several factors are considered when planning how many we can or will make in a day, and the final amount is determined and prepped for one day in advance. It is impossible to predict the exact amount we will sell, and part of our mission is to minimize food waste. If more donuts are ordered than we projected, or we simply sell the maximum number we can physically make, then we have to be done for the day! We recommend arriving early for the best selection.

Can I order a gift card?↓

Yes! Please visit our Gift Cards page to place an order. Our gift cards can only be used for in-shop purchases (they don’t work for online orders at this time).

Do you ship?↓

Not at this time, but we’re hoping to in the future.
