Online orders are for the Kittery location only at this time.
Times & Cutoffs:
Orders can be placed up to 2 weeks in advance (within the same menu month), and up to 24 hours before your order pick-up slot.
We can’t accommodate same-day orders online. If your order is accepted within 24 hours of the pickup time, this is because of a Toast software glitch. The order is not considered valid as we will not be able to see it or fulfill it. Toast is working on a solution.
If you don’t see a day or time slot in the drop-down, the preorder window has passed, or the slots have been filled.
Gift Cards & Discounts:
Our system accepts Lovebirds Donuts gift cards issued by Toast. If you have an older card, those can only be redeemed in-store.
Use the promo code DOZEN for 10% off 12 donuts or more.
Order Pickup:
Online order pickup instructions will be included in your order confirmation.
Our policies are still the same:
You must pick up your donuts during or after your selected pickup time.
We can’t accommodate those who show up early or on the wrong day.
No-shows cannot be refunded, credited, or honored a different day, so please be sure to double-check your pickup day and time.
Cancellations can be accommodated up to 24 hours in advance of the pick-up time for a refund (minus 5% for credit card and processing fees). Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup cannot be refunded.
**Please be sure your order is 100% complete and correct before submitting. We are not able to adjust your order once it is sent.
